Our website riseupandsing.org was built and launched in 2014 to support our music work. It eventually grew to include thousands of song pages and artist pages encompassing all the songs in our songbooks and many more in The Music Box, our online song database and search engine.
Unfortunately the software ("Drupal") it was built in is sundowning and could only be rebuilt for a very large expense.
Our originial webmaster (Chris Pifer) helped us identify a new program ("Backdrop") specifically designed to update this software less expensively.
Unfortunately it is still is costing us over $20,000 to update and preserve our website. We deeply appreciate donations to help us with this expense at riseupsinging.org/donate.
